I can't think of specific names off the top of my head, but there is a yoga team on sparkpeople w/ a LOT of great advice! I haven't been active on it for awhile, but it is a great team. Check it out!

Hi ladies,
Can anyone recommend any good tried and tested yoga videos on SP or youtube? I find they seem too fast to keep up with or tell you to do each move for longer than them which isn't very handy if you want to do it with them without pressing play and pause all the time! I've never done any yoga and I fancy giving it a try as I like pilates and want something calming to build into my routine and improve flexibility.
