Hi everyone! I am really, really hoping to lose the last of my weight in this coming year, and have decided to go back on Atkins Induction since super low carb seems to be the only way that I can lose weight. I've maintained the 40+ pounds that I lost, but to lose the rest of the weight, it looks like I am going to have to cut even more carbs. Is anyone else modifying their eating with the start of the new year?
