You should be eating more complex carbs instead of simplex carbs. It's based on how the body breaks down carbs and uses it for energy.
Here are some articles here at sparkpeople that can help you understand the whole carb (click red word) bit.
Some tips: Exchange all "white" to wheat and grains, exchange potato for sweetpotato, more veggies and fruits, less "to go" foods.

I need some help.
I read that people with PCOS should eat less carbs, and refined food. I know that white bread is a refined food, but What else is a refined food?
If I have to eat less carbs then that means bread, what kinds of bread is ok for me to eat? What other high carb foods should I stay away from?
