With constipation gone, I weighed myself this morning and it said 150 :)
BETTER then 153 hehehehehe
Some people say that constipation can't cause weigh gain but after a week or so it can show up on the scale.
Other then that GET YOUR EXERCISE IN TODAY!!!!! I did it yesterday and I'm gonna get it in today. Anxiety level was very high yesterday, anxiety attacks lasted hours but I still managed to get it in with a exercise dvd.
Remember there are SOME excuses for not exercising such as fever, bedridden sickness, extreme cramping to the point where you are stuck in bed crying *yes I've had these and they are killer* and if a doc says don't exercise don't do it.
Other then that though THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!!!
