Yes I did it, as of midnight last night I quit. Come midnight tonight it'll be day 2.
I also ate subway instead of our usual burger king for lunch which I am very happy about, it's a lot healthier for you. Light mayo instead of mayo and a lot of veggies.
Did you know smoking can actually worsen pcos? Like smoking ain't bad enough already!!! I read at my doctors today a medical journal and it stated that smoking can and will usually worsen the hormal imbalance already being produced.
Also cigarettes HAVE SUGAR IN THEM!! It is not a huge amount but enough that it aggervates the insulin resistance that women with pcos sometimes have.
Have sugar in them? Cigarettes? Now I knew about all the other god knows what but sugar? Wow well another reason I am happy to quit
