I don't really have a super bad PMS but I do get menstrual cramps every time I exercise or exert strength too much.

Without fail month to month I lose every week out of every month of my life to PMS. Today was migraine #6. This week I was barely able to work out I only fulfilled by goal to 650 calories burned my goal is 1200- i think I only worked out 2 out of 7 days. The other 3 weeks of the month I surpass my own personal goal and burn up to 1800 plus calories a week. My diet was pretty good I crave salt I do not crave sweets anymore since I am so diligent about keeping them out of my body the last 2 months. I actually lost 2 pounds but I was so sick between PMS and the heat wave I lost an entire week of getting the right vitamins in my diet and exercising. Not to mention I had an MS relapse. This happens every single month like this (minus the MS relapse) i am literally in bed the whole week. Does this happen to anyone else like this. Once I get on some meds will it help? Thanks for the help.
