Don't beat yourself up too much. We all have bad days and my answer is to stop, take a breath, appreciate that from time to time a slip does us good and then pick up and carry on with the healthy life you want to live.
We learn from past slip ups and can take steps to address the issues that made us slip up in the first place.
Just keep going on the healthy path you want to lead.
