Ever since I started on progesterone cream 3½ years ago I have finally had regular periods each month, and one baby in 2009 and another on the way (by c-section on July 25th!)!!! :)

My cycles were EXTREMELY irregular when I weighed over 200 (I am 168 now) and was eating high carb. I could go up to a year w/ no period. My cycles have since normalized for the most part to every 5 weeks on a lower carb diet, but I still have excess body hair and facial hair to deal with which dietary changes have not changed. Blah!!!

Who you are is God's gift to you, who you become is your gift to God!
I am actually in a weird situation right now in that I had a dx of pcos for 10 years and my new endo says maybe not. I have had problems losing weight and gaining very quickly, facial hair since 13,and more recently some body hair and hair loss.
When I have really done hat I am supposed to the symtpons are mild. It just takes a lot of work.
First of all, hi everyone. I'm new here. 19 years old.
I know there are many symptoms that come with PCOS and everyone has different symptoms.
I have trouble losing weight (of course), facial and body hair, and my hair is thinning.
What symptoms do you guys suffer from PCOS and how do you deal with it?
Have you seen any reverse in the symptoms once you lost weight or went on medications?
