Hey there,

Welcome to the board and team. It is such a great place to be. :) I am actually down to 500 in the morning and 500 at night. I also started taking chastetree and it has helped as well. My facial hair growth has finally slowed down. Its still there but comes back a little slower. Mentally I finally had to accept the things I could not change and this is one of them. So I started really watching what I was eating and trying to exercise more, which helped the emotional issues. You can sure pedal away on the eliptical when you have frustrations. :)

Hi ladies. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2006. Basically, my coping strategy has been to ignore it, which has led to a bunch of issues. I have all the usual symptoms: weight issues, weird hair growth, irregular cycles, infertility. The list goes on and on.
I guess I'm curious what you all has found works for you, from dealing with the emotional issues to the basic health stuff.
