So, I'm back from vacation and post moving from one home to another. What a couple of weeks!
But, I didn't gain any weight (might have lost some, but the scale's somewhere in a box) or size and aside from some moving aches I think that I'm doing okay.
Need to get back to walking! Now that I have a commute to work I'm not sure how to fit in the walk. I'm thinking about parking really far away from work in a park 'n ride lot and walking up. Does anyone else do this? Is this a logical way to get in 30+ minutes of walking a day?
