It is likely that you could tailor something for yourself using many of the ingredients in the Insulite program without the expense if you were willing to source the individual things out and figure out what you need and what you don't.

It's also worth looking into D Chiro Inositol, either in supplement form or from food.

I have a website with loads of PCOS info Please stop by!

I did the 6 month treatment. It helped me, but back then (3 years ago) I wasn't willing to do the low carb diet they recommend, along with the supplements. My cycles balnced out. My face cleared up. I had energy.

I've been doing low carb lifestyle all year, and my cycles have balanced again. My face has cleared up again, and I am getting some energy back. I feel great. I am thinking the low carb does just as well as the supplements did. I would like to try a combo of the 2 together but I don't have the funds right now.

Hey everyone... I was just wanting to know if anyone else has tried Insulite??? I recently read about it from JMHIGG1020... They are having success, and it sounds like something that would help me... I've read up on it, and really want to try it... It's just kind of expensive for me... Since my husband is the only one working, and has been working overtime to buy things to help me get better and healthier, I don't want to waste money on something that may not work... Basically I just want to know how many people use it, and what your results are... Good or bad... Thank you for reading...
