I still have a lot of pounds to lose but my nutritionist measure my body fat every 15 days and she told me my fat is changing its position in my body (as gross as it sounds) and it's all going to my lower abs as I lose weight, she told me to work out a lot, to do lower abs exercise every day even if is only 15mins, I don't think it's going to work but I'm trying anyways, what do you have to lose uh? so.. lower abs or core exercise I think it might help.
Yup...sounds familiar. I went to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist a long time ago. I had dark patches on my inner thighs, underarms, etc. and he was telling me that they're related to me eating carbs. lol So I had to limit myself with refined carbs since then. Even though I have been eating as clean as I possibly can, my belly still doesn't seem to go down as much as I want it to! I heard that this is one of the problems with women diagnosed with PCOS.

I'm starting to think that even after my 70 lbs weight loss that I STILL have a belly that I really want to get rid of. I'm OK with the rest of my body but I really want to focus on getting rid of my belly fat. Any tips/ideas? I know that it has mostly to do with diet, but I also know that when diagnosed with PCOS it might be harder to lose the fat around the midsection. Any help please?
