It balanced my cycles. It gave me energy. Acne did go away. (I can't find anything to get rid of the facial hair. I even did laser removal and it all came back!) I had to quit taking it due to financial reasons, but I'm going back on it as soon as I can. My cycles stayed balanced after I went off of it.
Insulite DOES recommend to do a lower carb diet along with the program. I wasn't ready to give up my carbs at the time. I think now that I'm doing low carb, it would really boost the power of Insulite.
Also, they are very helpful. If you have a question the respond right away. I really liked that about them. Give Insulite time to work. I was on it for 3 months before I saw the benefits.
I'm just feeling a little nervous these days - I know I have PCOS, and I went to my doctor yesterday to get all of the blood work done to get the "official" word and see where I am starting to see where I need to go. I'm also scheduled to have an ultrasound done next week to check out the cyst on one of my ovaries. I have known for a little while now that PCOS explains a lot of my live for the last 10 years, but this really makes it real for me.
I also have ordered the Insulite system to try - they are running a special where it's only $87 per month. I know that sounds like a lot all together, but I'm already spending more than that on the individual supplements, and it has a lot of things I was going to add in, so I'm saving on that. It's also free shipping to the house, so I'm saving on gas, time, and counting out all of the other pills I take. Here's to hoping that helps, too.
