I gained weight when I was younger then held at that weight for close to 12 years, then I lost some, gained some back and finally lost a good chunk of it. Only to gain 10 of it back over a couple of months and have been in a holding pattern for about 2 years now (though I think i've broken that holding pattern right now, as the scale moved down, but end of the month will tell if that is true or not).
I've never dieted or been on BCPs never saw the need for their of them in my life, I eat as healthy as I am able to do so, walk every day with my hubby and in general have everything I can in moderation, and try to get in the cals my body needs.
