Welcome Zanny! It's good that you are going to a specialist to get help with PCOS. There's no reason that you shouldn't have all of the information you can get - I'm sorry that you OBGYN is not as helpful as you would like them to be. I had to seek help elsewhere also and I'm really glad that I took the time to find a good doctor! :)
Hey, ladies. I just joined SP a few days ago and am joining this group tonight! I've been keeping up with my calories for a few days. I've tried losing weight multiple times before, but the scale never budges. Very upsetting. My ob/gyn doesn't care that I have PCOS so I'm going to look for an endocrinologist next week. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
