It's all about baby steps. Set goals - Specific goals. Not - lose 100 lbs, but specific and measurable and attainable goals. 'I am going to lose 20 lbs by Wednesday, June 30, 2010.' Your subgoals to achieve this goal then could be 'I am going to do Cardio workout for 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.' Perhaps you have a wonderful addiction to Mochas. A subgoal could then be 'I am only going to drink a mocha on Monday, Wednesday and Friday'.

Start with baby steps and then work into the system. You can do it honey!!

Remember... it's not about the end result, it's all about the journey!
