I know how you feel for the longest time I was at 160lbs and then about 7 years ago I dropped to 120. So it is possible to do it, now granted I've gone up to 190 but I've lost 5lbs to be at 185.
If you can do I can do it, and when I dropped all the weight seriously no meds no nothing just low calorie diet and exercise. Now you case maybe different you might need meds.........I would talk to your doc about that first.
i just need a little boost of motivation... is there anyone here who is at their goal weight? i know this will be maintaining this lifestyle permanently but i'd like to chat with someone that was successful in reaching their healthy body weight range while struggling with PCOS. what did you do? are you on medication? what eating plans were successful for you? what's your exercise regimen? i just keep losing the same 10 pounds over and over again and i just feel so hopeless. anywho, would love to hear your story. thanks, michelle
