The first week has gone well even though I haven't been planning or started the "food" part of sparking. I really wanted to get over my addiction to Caffeine free diet coke. I drink about 7 12 oz cans a day. A 12 pack will get me through 1 day but not two. I hate that. And I know it's bad for me. So I decided to focus on drinking primarily flavored water, water, or the new deer park sparkling water (which I LOVE). I decided to weigh in a few days early, just to see if there had been any change. I've lost 8 pounds! I haven't changed eating habits or begun exercising, so it has to be cutting down my cokes. I still have 1 (maybe 2) cans a day, which was my goal. I recently bought Cook Yourself Thin, and I'm looking at the recipes and they look GOOOOOD! Looking forward to experimenting with them. :) And I've got a great start to build off of. :D
