I understand not wanting to go out in public being overweight. If you want to exercise just walk away the pounds by standing up in front of your Television or turn on some motivating music and walk in place for 30 minutes. It will work.

Well, I'm back for more, I've not lost anything, and not really gained, just keep fluctuating between 205 - 208 each week, no matter how hard I try. I started on metformin this week, so hopefully that will help a little. I know my problem is that I need to exercise more - but I hate going outside in public to do it, I'm not very good at anything! I do go to gymophobics, which is good - but I'm just bored of it now, the same routine every time I go. So this week me and my partner are looking into buying an exercise bike for cardio in the comfort of our home (and with the telly on!). I think if it's there in front of me I'll use it more often. Maybe that could crack it!
Have a good week guys!

I had a bad week - had to put my darling older cat to sleep after she had a seizure. Waaah! I didn't go on an emotional eating binge, but I did lounge around quite a bit and ignore my exercise program. Last night I got off my butt and did the SparkPeople stability ball & resistance band videos, which were fun, and require less button-pressing than my Wii workout.
I'm trying to get back on track. I badly sprained my trapezoid and intercostal muscles near the end of january, so I'm easing back into my workouts. Haven't gained but haven't lost either. heres to new starts!
Well after falling off the wagon big time, I'm starting over... literally! My old user id was afriedrichs. I've been so busy that I let all the new habits I was starting to form go out the window.
Oct - got married Nov - sold my house and purchased a new Dec - holidays (what more can I say) Jan - started the remodel and trying to get pregnant
So now Feb... Feb - start putting my health first and why not start a new user id/profile and start over!
Happily I am not quite to where I was when I started 2 yrs ago, but unfortunately I was much healthier back in Sept. Hopefully it doesn't take to long to get back there. Wish me luck and I hope everyone else is staying on track and if not, know that you can take a step to getting back on track at any time.
My weight fluctuated a lot in January (as did my discipline...lol). In the end the fluctuations balanced out and I stayed about the same. I will take no loss over a gain!
I really need to get it in gear. I promised the doctor that I would put forth more effort, and try for a 20 pound weight loss by the next time I see her. It's been about 10 weeks and I have only lost about 5 pounds.

I made progress in January with the Boot Camp program, but so far this month has not been good for me with new medical problems arising and trying to figure out what is wrong. Hopefully we get some answers soon and I can get back to exercising and totally back on track.
I was down to 118 lbs and thrilled! But a weekend at home brought me back up to 122-123ish. I dont care about the numbers, but the weight goes right into my belly and its frustrating. i dont want to look like im preggers! im going to Florida on the 20th and now im just dreading it.

January wasn't a productive weight loss time as I had hoped. My schedule went from crazy to insane. I took time this weekend to look at my schedule and adjust my workout goals. I was trying to fit too much in my week and since my work schedule can't change, I'll have to settle for altering my workouts for a bit. I've come up with something that is more realistic for me right now and think that will help me feel like I am staying on track better. I'm starting to learn to set myself up for success rather than perfection!

Here and doing good. Gets a little hectic over here, we're trying to sell our house within the next few months which means nonstop cleaning and organizing. Sadly feel like I've accomplished nothing lol :)
