I was tired of this after a couple of weeks and a couple of pounds! I can imagine how you must feel-LOL! Seeing other people like yourself who have persevered and are headed towards reaching their goals keeps me going.
When I'm in a slump no matter what it is related to, I have the urge to shake things up. Like when I can't seem to get the motivation to clean my house, I move things around- furniture, lighting, accessories. That way things aren't the same old boring way every day. I just did this in my kitchen before I went grocery shopping and it really helped...I cleaned out EVERY cabinet, threw out expired stuff, donated stuff I won't use, and got rid of clutter. It made me feel like I was starting with a clear head and a blank slate.
