Do you do alot of strength training? When Im consistent with my strength training, it seems to help my skin bounce back a bit better. Also when I'm consistent with my water intake, my skin looks and feels a lot better. Don't know if this is of any help, but best wishes in finding something that works for you :) And congrats on the weight loss!
I have lost 71 lbs. Now I seem to have a problem toning up. I see areas that really need some toning up, especially belly area. I have a lot of different book on exercise as well as using the exercise program on Sparkpeople. It just does not seem to be helping. I exercise 4-6 times a week. I am not sure what else to do. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
