I was wondering do a lot of you have issues with exhaustion? I'm finding myself tired all the time, no matter what time I wake up or go to sleep. I will be calling my doctor Monday since I told her a while ago I was having issues getting to sleep early but even now with me getting 1-2 more hours sleep I'm worn down by noon.
Was wondering if it was just me or if others have that issue or know what I can do to boost my energy so I'm not feeling lethargic.
Sorry if people are in multiple groups that I'm in and seen this posted a few times, I'm just trying to find out what is going on. If maybe it's a weight issue, insulin issue, pcos issue or what. I've talked to my doctor before and now that I'm getting more sleep and not feeling anymore rested I wonder what's going on. She just suggested Tylenol PM back then to help get me to bed early. I don't blame her, it didn't feel as bad as it does now. Sleeping w/ out Tylenol PM but still not rested. Anywho... I'll post this now :)
