Inches are just as good as pounds. Congrats on keeping your chin up.
Don't be upset! The inches are really better than the lbs anyway! You probably know this, but I bet a reminder won't hurt ;) Losing inches and not lbs means that you're adding muscle which weighs more than fat. Besides, you may be about to start your period or retaining water or something!
I say WTG on the inches and the fact that you didn't gain!!

Oh yay, I still love weigh in day but I am already depressed and then add this it just doesn't help.
I didn't gain any so that is good but I didn't lose anything either.
I didn't lose anything in my hips but I lost 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/4 of inch in my neck.
We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
