I have been losing weight consistently since the first challenge in March. I was 1 lbs away from 20 lbs loss. However, last week I was up 1#, I think a lot is PMS/TOM and just a bad week feeling "down" b/c of things breaking down. I'm trying to get back on track and end April w/ a bang!
