Drink extra water and you should get it off. I have a little bit of a gain this week too but I am hopin g to get it off by tomorrow with extra water and exercise. I also ate things with extra sodium in them this weekend too. Don't worry too much, we all have up weeks but it will come back off!

I gained 2 pounds this week.
But I WON'T let it get me down!
I'm just going to have to work harder this week!
I didn't "cheat", I just had things that I don't normally have that were loaded with salt. It'll be ok.
