I guess I'll first introduce myself. My name is Brooke, I am 24 and from Michigan. I was first diagnosed about a year and a half ago, but have always had symptoms. I have insulin resistance as well.
Okay, back to the bread
... my doctor had told me that 1)eat wheat, not white and 2) it is best to eat things that do not have high fructose corn syrup within the first five ingredients .... which when it comes to bread is almost impossible! Well I have found the solution! "Aunt Millie's Fat Free Multi-grain Wheat Bread" ... It says healthy goodness on the front as well. It has ZERO fat and NO high fructose corn syrup at all!!! It's very delicious!
