I have a big mug from the hospital and I try to drink two of those at work each day.
I notice I feel better when I do drink more water.

Here is a link to an article about drinking water. It helps with weight loss.
How often are you exercising? Also, I've heard calorie cycling works really well. It keeps your body from settling to one amount. basically its varying your calories from day to day. If you want more information let me know and I'll copy it from the South Beach message board.

Do the protein shakes work?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks, and have a good week!
