How often are you exercising? Also, I've heard calorie cycling works really well. It keeps your body from settling to one amount. basically its varying your calories from day to day. If you want more information let me know and I'll copy it from the South Beach message board.

Have you had your thyroid tested? Best of all is not to go to a regular doc but one TRAINED in thyroid. If they say no then it's only one visit wasted but they may say yes. To find a doc...

Are there any tricks on getting your metabolism moving? I don't think I have much of a metabolism at all...
I am not much into the supplements that make you feel like you are speed...I looked into the FRS Healthy Energy System that Hungry Girl advertises, it sounds healthy...I ordered the sample pack to try it out.
Do the protein shakes work?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
