i was tired all the time too and it turned out i had low seratonin levels (the physical signs of depression but not the emotional or mental symptoms) and it took a long time to figure that out because my thyroid is enlarged but normal. So, make sure you go to a good doctor who listens and truly cares to find the bottom of all your problems.
Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. --Matthew 6:34
Yep, you can get them over the counter. I take 1000 mg. I was told to take B12, but recently I had a doctor tell me I might just want to take B-complex which has a lot more in it. I was going to try it when I finish my bottle of B12.
I have the same problem! I don't know if it's the PCOS, or if it's just having a job and toddler, but I'm always worn out! I'll have to try the B-12 and see if that works. (Those are over the counter, right?)
I'm always so tired all the time from the PCOS/almost hypothyroidism that I have. So much so that its really hard to get motivated to exercise even though I know it will give me more energy. Is there anything I can do to get more energy?
