Aiming to do 1hr+ a day (150 heart rate), 6 days per week as well as 2 weight sessions but I need some people to keep me motivated! I need to lose these 15 pounds before summer and this is a flawless plan if I can stay on track and stop binge eating on top of it. It'd be great to get a buddy on board :)
