Some of the good things I've heard and come up with are taking extra time to do my hair and makeup, get a new book to read, go to a thrift store and buy a new cheap piece of clothing, have a picnic, take an hour to watch tv, take time to go for a walk.

I think the daily goals are the hardest because there's just not a lot of time.

That's a great question. I was actually thinking about that last week and I came up with:

1) 1 day at-home "spa". Facial, pedi, mani, etc

2) Purchase 1 small motivational item

Let us know when you think of some ideas as well

I'm trying to set up a rewards plan, but I can't really come up with any cheap/free non-food rewards for when I meet my goals. Do you guys have any ideas or things that work for you???
