Grrr ! You won't believe it. I weighed this morning, and now I am 1 1/2 pounds heavier than yesterday, above my starting weight. I have been really good, but I seem to be gaining weight ?!?!?! Yes, I know it is bad to weigh myself everyday, but it is something that keeps me motivated. Yes, my body fat percentage is down a couple points (by points I mean 1/10 of 1%), my muscle and water percentages are up a couple points. But still, it is frustrating when my scale does not want to cooperate with me.
Maybe a sign that I should listen to how my jeans fit, and not the number on the scale?
