Hi everyone. Man am I glad Easter is over. All those sweets in the house was rough. I would love a daily weigh in but I do not usually go online until the evening. But I was 230.8 this morning. I had a good day, even played kick ball with my daughter for a half hour for my exercise today. I was actually tiring her out!!! talk to you tomorrow.

Just for today I can make one small change.

I weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 225.2, which means I am down .5 ounces. Im not going to say that I lost 15 lbs until I have maintained or went under 225. Good luck to everyone and hope everyone has a great day.

Well I just thought that a daily weigh in would be helpful because even if your weight flutuates day by day, which all of ours does. At least you wont let yourself get to far off track by gaining weight and not knowing about it for a week. Kind of like a reality check.
Like you I also thought it would help everyone to get to know each other better. Have a great day!

I would enjoy a daily check in. I don't weigh myself daily because it fluctuates every day. I do weigh myself weekly or every two weeks. But like I said a daily check in would help us all get to know each other and possibly stay more accountable.
