So far the Curves circuit is working well. Went 5 times last week along with one session of their body basics. Immediately found mr weaknesses, left shoulder and balance. Lots of work to do in those areas.

On my way out for today's workout. Finding that Curves has really changed since the last time I joined. Planning for this being an excellent way to support my walking adventures. May need to add to it with perhaps a spinning class. Not sure what is available here so need to look.
