I'm sorry Martha :( My Curves closed and the nearest one to me isn't close enough to fit in my schedule, so unfortunately, I'm no longer a member. I miss it. I do go to 24 Hr. fitness, so I suppose I could post my calories burned from there....but that's not much motivation to you, sorry. I was consistently burning a minimum of 500 my last months at Curves though. I'm here to encourage you, though!!!

Hi Martha, When you put Curves into the Fitness Tracker, make sure it's the one that just says "Curves", not Curves Circuit Training or any other words...this one allows you to enter the minutes you were there, and your calories burned (providing you know them), otherwise you can keep with your system as it is and stand proud knowing you rocked it!

Well I am in the pre-Complete phase, where I am meant to be looking at the menus and at the videos. I have been altering my eating pattern to get ready although I have food here that I want to eat because I won't be eating it come Monday ;) Yesterday I followed the suggested menu and I was hard pressed to get to 1200 calories! I felt very healthy and virtuous :) Today I slipped a bit after lunch and had a Starbucks petite chocolate tart. Can't find the calorie count for that. But I only had one where in the past month I have been having two--and that would be on top of eating a full lunch instead of Weight Watchers :)

Always just two times around. I notice when I track it on SP, I only get credit for burning something like 190 calories. I just let that go -- makes me feel good to know the real number was higher!

Hi Valerie -- Sounds like we have a lot in common! I am on week 10 of Curves Complete. I've only lost about 8 pounds, but that's because it took me about 6 weeks to really get the hang of the program. Now I love it! I have it memorized now. Hope you have success! I also had a hysterectomy a few months ago. Ugh.

Thank you! I see you are on Hysterectomy Sisters. I had one two years ago. Have been putting on weight ever since. Slowly at first but lately faster and faster. Can't blame the hyster though--I just seem to want to eat, eat, eat.

I've only been with Curves about a week. I am still learning how to operate the machines. Once I know, I am going to get my Curves Smart key so I can tell how many calories I am burning. I have also joined the 12-week Curves Complete. My old (from four years ago) way of losing weight wasn't working anymore. Hope this one does!

They have no clue what happened, but it's swollen all the time. It was so bad in the beginning it felt like a balloon that needed to be popped to release the pressure. The frustrating part is not knowing what happened, because I can't prevent it from happening again, not knowing the cause! :(

I never knew before SMART either, and the thing about it is, it really does push you to intensify your workout. It's definitley worth it, IMO! That's what we mean by "Going for Green", but either way, you're on the circuit so you're rockin it!
