I was never a breakfast eater in fact I just started eating breakfast about 7 months ago (when I joined Curves).
I drink a Curves protein shake....basically a milk shake when I get done with it.
I have a smoothie maker. Add Fat Free milk, protein mix, 1 banana (or other fresh fruit)and about 8 oz of crushed ice. Whip it up and it turns into about 22 oz and I swear it tastes just like a Shake. (very thick)
It is really filling and has 300 calories if you make a full serving. Sometimes I only make a half serving because I can't handle too much at once. (I have other health problems).
So sometimes it's 200 calories when I make a half serving.
Then to go with that I might eat 2 slices of turkey bacon or one rice cake.
If I am in a hurry and don't have time to make the shake I will eat a bowl of Curves cereal or Special K (fat free milk only). I find the cereal does not stay with me and I get hungry way before I get my mid morning snack.
(lost 63 pounds in 7 months)
