It's really cold today so I want something comforting; we're having soft polenta with Italian sausages, onions and peppers. Not low in fat and calories really but I need something that sticks to my ribs and warms the cockles.
I`ll be brewing up some turkey soup today. I think I`ll make banana loaf with cranberry sauce. I made my own cranberry sauce, packaged it and froze it. I`ve made the loaf before and I found it to be addicting so not too often will I make it.
Salmon sounds good. Tomorrow I will make some good spaghetti sauce because this evening our resort had a spaghetti dinner and neither my sister nor I could eat it as there was NO juicy sauce. So we will have our own tomorrow evening with whole wheat pasta.
