Sometimes I check on SP recipes to see if there is a recipe about the same as mine and use that recipe.
Most of the time I enter my own recipe. This is time consuming and I think you have young children so know your time is limited.
I also find it difficult to estimate the number and size of servings in my scratch cooking.
Or maybe you can estimate the amount of meat per serving, beans, vegetables, etc. and list them separately.
