I'm still new - just approaching the end of my 3rd week on JUDDDD. Losing about 2.5lb per week. (I know it's early days!)

The big difference for me is that I feel like I can do this forever. It's just no burden to do the down days, and you get better and better at it.

Have a go! You've got nothing to lose except weight!

I guess I am still new but you must stick to the under 500 calories on your DD days.. I mean count everything that gose in your mouth drinks,gum,and food (not just food), we often forget the small things like drinks and gum but they have calories and can add up fast.

please make a page it helps others to relate to you better. you dont have to put anything but your name if thats all you want to put on it,or you don't even have to put that.

I've been on JUDDD for over 1 month and my results I post on my sparkpage.. click on my photo to read how I am doing. It helps me to blog almost daily and I can review my blogs like a diary of sorts and really see the results.
You will lose all your weight and be where you want to be if you can keep constant on JUDDD. Good luck.

I am a new member. I have been doing the plan for a week and have lost 2 pounds. I thought it might help if those of you who have been following the JUDDD plan would give a short posting of your success on this diet plan. Maybe post how long you have been following the plan, how much weight you have lost and on average how much weight you have lost per week. I think this could help those who are considering the diet to be "sparked" to try it.
I have read many of your posts and been encouraged by them but at this time just don't have the time to stop, read and digest it all. Thanks! I look forward to getting to know you better when I have more free time.
