I don't use cinnamon supplements, but do use cinnamon quite a bit when I can. I used to use it more when I ate oatmeal, cinnamon toast, etc., but since I don't do that~~~ However, I do put some in my protein shakes sometimes. Love the Mexican chocolate flavor (chocolate with cinnamon) and also will use it on cottage cheese quite often too.
The less pills/supplements I can take, the better and I'm working hard at getting enough minerals, etc. from an assortment of foods (fruits & veggies) altho I do take a multi vitamin.
