You don't have your Nutrition Tracker shared, so I couldn't see what your trends have been.... but if you ate a real "sub" for lunch, the carbs in the bread are likely driving that hunger. Get some broth with butter or coconut oil in it. Eat some bacon. Find anything with fat in it - that will help stave that hunger.
And stay away from Subway! LOL
