First of all, congratulations on all of your hard work! I took a look at the past few days of food tracking and it looks like your daily caloric intake is too high for weight loss. As a general rule, an adult can go as low as 1200 calories per day, which means that your weight loss is going to stall at 2,500+ calories per day. Also, you might want to cut down on the saturated fat in your diet such as 6 tablespoons of half and half, which don't really do much for the body. An alternative might be a non fat half and half or a non dairy creamer such as "So Delicious" coconut creamer. Let me know if you want some more ideas and keep up the good work!!

Thank you everyone! I took 2 days off after 35 days of being good! I'm going to copy the meals I ate a year ago and see if that helps me. I know I have to pump up my workouts and change my food slightly to confuse my body.

The closer you get to goal the harder it is to lose the weight. The weight pours off at first because you have more to lose and the diet is new to this way of eating. If you have stalled it might mean you are eating too many carbs or calories but it may also mean that your body has reached a comfortable place to be.

So I am a few lbs away from my goal weight and I just curious if that's the reason its so hard to get the weight off or is it what I'm doing? I don't mean my food/workouts this week because I've been slipping, but what about a week ago, or two weeks ago. Can someone look and tell me if its me or what I'm doing. I even went so far as to look back a year to see how I lost the weight then. Its like I'm learning Atkins all over again and its beating me up.
