So this last weekend was a hard one. I worked a 8 hour shift until 10:30pm on Friday, had to be back to work 6 hours later for my 10 hr shift, then a 10 hr shift on Sunday. I was so very very tired these last two days that I broke one of the Atkins rules and I am wondering how blurry those rules are. I know Atkins says you can have 2 cups of coffee and herb tea without fruit sweeteners but I went way over. So I brought my own coffee from home, 2 cups, then I got a med light roast at work with a extra shot thrown in. I put a sprinkle of cinnamon in the work coffee. I did this both Sat and Sunday though yesterday it didn't help because I was so tired. Have I derailed myself by doing this??
I told a co-worker not too long ago that Cinnamon was great at helping to burn fat. I didn't think they would take it as far as they have. They now put it on everything, steak, carrots, yogurt, etc. I don't think it works that way right? Otherwise everyone would be putting cinnamon on everything.
Flax Meal, I know the Atkins Book says I can have Flax Meal but I just wanted to triple check that its ok for induction. This is the one thing I make with the Flax and I add a touch of Cinnamon.
