Another bad study bases on anecdotal evidence which in my opinion is the worst kind of study. In this kind of study they ask people, "What did you eat every day for the past 4 years?" LOL!! Do you know? I don't. And neither do these people unless they ate the exact same every day. And even at that for a study to be really scientific there can only be one variable. What is the chance of that? People don't tell the truth on questionnaires. If you want to know what they eat examine their stomach contents and stool and cross reference with what they said they ate. Kind of like a lot of people's food and exercise trackers. LOL.
