emoticon I'm not new to the low carb way. I do South Beach. I'm always looking for other people that live this way. People to talk to and share recipes with. People that don't do low carb just don't understand and they always try to tell me it's bad for me. I try to ignore them. Wish me luck I go next Tues for lab work and if my cholestrol numbers aren't ddown I've got to go on meds. I fell off the low carb way a few months ago and it hurt me. The Dr. gave me 3 months to get it under control, but I waiting until a week ago. So I'm hoping for the best. I'm doing induction right now. Yuk! It hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Any good Phase 1 recipes?emoticon
