Regular fish should have no carbs. If they ware saying they had 5g of carbs per 4oz serving, they must have some sort of sauce or something, or the package is mis-labeled.
Shellfish and crustations (clams, scallops, shrimp, lobster, crab, etc) DO have carbs in them naturally.
Also, avoid the imitation crab... its is very high carbs!
