Thanks everyone for your ideas! I have lots of different fruits and veggies in the house and measure them out according to the Spark Nutrition guide. I just read a Spark article on carbs and it has a list with low carbs AND how much of each food.

Again, thanks for your ideas! I like no sugar apple juice. And occasionally eat leftovers for breakfast, just have to be sure it's MY left overs! LOL!
