I feel that when I try to "Just eat healthy" lol I actually gain weight when i do that! But then I found out that my friend is prediabetic, that was such an eye opener. She is the same age as me, she weighs a little more than me. But I am really worried about her. She is supposed to be doing low carb according to her nutrionist, but decided not to. I dont want to push anything on her though!

No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.
That's awesome! It's great when we find what works best for us, and WTG on eating good even though you had temptations in your reach all day at the museum.
weight loss goals:
I am having a great day, so my friend does weight watcher, and i am doing the south beach diet. We went to the childrens musuem today, with our toddlers. I felt great I was running and crawling through things with the kids. But she had no energy what so ever. Now for lunch I had a salad with turkey and bacon. She had a sandwich 3 cookies doritos chex mix celery, carrots with ranch. About 20 mins after we ate she was so tired. And then 2 hrs later she was eating more chips and crackers. I was a little hungry so I had some nuts. Oh and water! I felt great and ready to go again. I finally found what works for me! i feel amazing! For dinner I had a bunless cheeseburger and 3 servings of broccili, oh and water! When I watch biggest loser tonight I am going to do cardio during the commercials. I can make this my lifestyle, I just need to be prepared! Go mama
