It is my guilty pleasure...
Don't over boil it, 8 1/2 - 9 min total, then get it out of the pot.
I use it for the times when I carb crave and want something different then meat.
I take the lasagne noodles and a pork/beef mixture with spinach and ricotta, roll the mixture in 1 noodle with a small amount of no sugar added pasta sauce and mozz, cheese. So good. I make a whole pan and freeze the rolls and pull them out one at a time.
By all means...eat in moderation and keep for the crave days or family day.
