I seldom eat pasta. A serving is just too little for me. Too calorie and carb dense.

all my grocery stores here in Ohio carry 4 different varieties in it! I like it but need to remember it has just as many carbs that will eventually have to be processed by the body but it is just formulated to not give high peaks upon eating it (as if you have just had a big turkey dinner) It tastes just like regular! yummy
ps they mix it right in with the regular pasta (no special place to look!

I have eaten it, and thought it was good.

Kroger and it's affiliates like Ralph's sell Dreamfields.

Thank you. I live in Ohio and found it at Acme (it is a grocery chain that has a large selection of health foods). Our local health food store did not have it. I did find it at Jungle Jim's too (which is another huge grocery store in the Cincinatti area).

So far, I have eaten it with no negative effects. Blood sugar stayed stable and the scale did not go up. I did have some upset tummy after eating it two days in a row but nothing major. Thank you for your responses. :-)

I'll have to look around for it. I haven't seen it yet.

I haven't tried it but have tons of friends who swear by it.

I have been eating Dreamfields for the last 6 years...

It is my guilty pleasure...

Don't over boil it, 8 1/2 - 9 min total, then get it out of the pot.

I use it for the times when I carb crave and want something different then meat.

I take the lasagne noodles and a pork/beef mixture with spinach and ricotta, roll the mixture in 1 noodle with a small amount of no sugar added pasta sauce and mozz, cheese. So good. I make a whole pan and freeze the rolls and pull them out one at a time.

By all means...eat in moderation and keep for the crave days or family day.

Family first

Has anyone tried this? I sort of understand (I think) how it is low carb. (the added inulin is undigested and does not count in the carb count) Has anyone had any stomach issues after eating it? Has anyone noticed a stall on the scale after eating it? I honestly thought it tasted pretty good but wonder if it is for real. Thanks.
