Just one day at a time. Don't think about anything else. Just take it one day at a time. You can do it. If you fall down one day, get up the next.

Simply: Be in motion. No grand plans of "I'm going to do........" have made them in the past and don't get past the 3rd day. Today I did do an hour on the Pilates Performer(after I dusted it off) but it was all stretches and low impact moves....it's a start.

I am going to try to do 10 minutes of fitness 5 days a week. It may be a stationery bike or a video.

My name is Margaret and I live in New Hampshire.

Here we are again at the start of a New Year. Once again I will be starting our monthly resolution thread. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit. We will be working on one resolution a month instead of a bunch of big ones for the year.

For January I will be getting my nutrition back on track. Seems like I start with this one every year.

Lets get started, I'll be checking on you.
