Simply: Be in motion. No grand plans of "I'm going to do........" have made them in the past and don't get past the 3rd day. Today I did do an hour on the Pilates Performer(after I dusted it off) but it was all stretches and low impact moves....it's a start.

Here we are again at the start of a New Year. Once again I will be starting our monthly resolution thread. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit. We will be working on one resolution a month instead of a bunch of big ones for the year.
For January I will be getting my nutrition back on track. Seems like I start with this one every year.
Lets get started, I'll be checking on you.
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) organize something in my home 3) fruit or veggie with each meal 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
March goals: 1) give up one bag of items daily 2) eat a fresh fruit and vegetable daily 3) repair something in my home daily
