Ok, so since I got back on track this past month I noticed the BMF was still giving me a rash. I know the good people at Bodymedia tell us not to wear on the calf. However, I thought I'd give it a try anyway and to my amazement, I find it to be more accurate than on the arm. Before when I wore on the arm, I followed carefully for the calorie deficit but still was not losing. In fact I was gaining. Now since I switched to my calf and still follow to the T the calorie deficit, I've been losing weight at a nice and healthy pace. I'm not saying this works for everyone, but it works for me.
